Does anybody here know where I can get a picture of a 3d house that is split down the middle and opened to see inside, kinda like a open book. I have a proposal to handle and my company has never done anything to that nature, any help would be appreciated.

What you are talking about is called an "elevation" in architectural terms. Most of the time this is a 'half section' of the plans. I don't know though what you mean by acquiring a 'picture of a 3D house'. In most cases this is generated by a draftsman in a CAD program or an architect.
