I do not seem to be able to export an LP file for Lightscape. My texture attributes are not making it to Lightscape. Geometry and lights are getting through.
How to do it? Ismael |

You did not included a description of the textures used or materials used but here is what I can think of:
- procedural textures are not supported by LVS so you may want to render them as bitmaps first - raytrace material (and possibly others) are not supported by the LP exporter and surfaces will be assigned the "Default" material in LVS (we never updated the LP export to support new VIZ features). Hope this helps,

Some experimenting and help from Alexander Bicalho provided the answer for me. There were two issues. One was was a paths problem. Lightscape was not recognizing my exported paths to textures. The export worked if I used textures from my Lightscape installation. In w2k I do not have an autoexec.bat so I can change LS paths? The second is as you explained: Raytrace Materials do not export. Not even the diffuse channel! I wish this last issue would not be such. Well, Thanks for the help. Ismael |
