Hi, i am trying to make two machines render 1 single image, but when i start the manager from the main machine it says "Connection from computer in Localhost refused"?
Does anybody have a quick setup guide or explaination on how to set up network rendering |

It's pretty simple; you need to be running the manager program before you start any of there server programs up. If you have a dedicated machine that you can run the manager program on that is the optimum situation but if your also going to want the machine running the manager program to render then you'll also need to start up the server app once the manager app is up and running. You will need a place to store your MXS and MXI files, that means you'll need a folder that all your machines have read and write access to over your network. Once all that is in place start up the Maxwell viewer (MXCL -d) select the network tap, click on connect and all the available server machines will show up.

another detail: just don't forget to open firewall ports 51912, 23496-23503 for network rendering on maxwell.
good luck markus
