I tried to install vray on Windows Vista Home edition on my laptop but i realized some parts of vray were missing like: vray sun, vray sky, vray plane and fur...
Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks in advance http://www.batworkshops.com |

Sounds like you are missing all of the 1.5 parts of Vray. Check to see if you have all of your dll's....which I am sure you have. If that is correct - Bring your plugin.ini file over from a computer that is working correctly.

i got an error at the end of install, the readme files didn't open correctly, but vray still works fine. so i don't know what it's deal is. just angry towards vista like everything else i guess.

Damn that worked!
I had the same issue. The (spanish I think) guy said Rightclick your max icon, Go to compatibility, Select Run as administrator and Run in compatibility mode for XP SP2. |
