hi
looking for a solution to make car lights look blurry as if shutter speed been very low to capture it. actually i tried animating light sources in max and getting renders but it didnt work at all. thank you in advance http://www.batworkshops.com |

hi and thanks for replying,
actually i am trying to make long trails of lights emphasising on movement of the cars and that seems to be abit difficault to make in PS coz you cant draw them by mouse. |
