IES web files don't work

Hi

When I try to load web file to photometric light I get an error:
"internal error: photometric webs cannot be loaded"

I'm confident that my web files are o.k. I tried many of them from several sources, moreover they used to work some time ago, on the same max and vray installation.
I googled the net and noone seems to get the same error. What could be the cause?

Every scene or just single one?

every scene, every file...generally ies lights do work without web file loaded to them...error appears only when I try to load web file
