watch iron man, there is a similar clip where the platforms in his garage transform and you can see all the mechanical things coming to life.

Nice idea, but i'm perplexed to think if it's entirely yours. Isn't their a criteria on creativity? I haven't seen ironman, how about Halo?

I'm still unsure how even the adaption of a lighthouse site into a space lighthouse relates to what or how a visitor centre works, maybe you can shed some light on this?

If its not too late to keep tweaking your design to add more practical functionality, i'd suggest this could help. Highlighting the relationship of any development on a human scale has been important since the pyramids, i doubt this is any different.

Lookin good (and nice little storyboard too). I'm glad your animation begins with a human scale before we see the visitor centre itself - a welcome contrast to your still image.

I guess one thing you'll have to be careful of is making the centre seem 'intimidating' when you see it opening up - a giant metal thing like that could look quite scary, depending on the mood you get across. I think music could be key with this in many ways. All the best!

very nice concepts mixing the nature with cool hi tech futuristic structure. maybe you need some mechanical sounds for your close up shots to really feel the power of your design.....good luck!!

hi again!,
Here is my second WIP. A little animation test with sound. Not too much work yet, I can only work on weekend.
The sound will be important in my animation. I hope to find one that fits correctly.

sound: American Gangster film soundtrack

I'm working on the structure and movement. A hard job. We shall see next week.

Thank you all for your comments and references!. I'll see Iron Man
