Default company standards?

First time poster!!!

So, I just started this new job in 3D interior design and there are only 3 of us in the department, but it is appearant that we all have very different lighting/ texturing styles. Which is not looking good for us when we send 3 completely different renders to clients.

I am looking for ways that other companies have learned how to adapt and make sure that there is a certain style met.

thanks
Suma

We create template files for day and night scenes, they all have the same lighting setups, and we also have a community materials library that we all pull materials from. If you do this I don't see how your renderings could come out looking different.

A knife fight to settle it I think...Or you could hire one of those mobile sumo rings with suits...

If this does not settle it you'll need to sit down and agree a way forward. Its either a case of agreeing who's methods at different aspects of the workflow are best or working up images as individuals, which will lead, as you said, to three distinct styles emerging.
