Default mental ray physical sky

When I add a MR daylight to my scene, this daylight object will lit my scene without any problem. But when I look at other people's rendering, I found out that this daylight object can produce realistic sky map for the scene. My scene didn't show sth like this instead, it shows sth like gradient blue map.

What is the sceret behind this?

MR Sky is what you're looking for under lights...and add a MR physical sky to your environment....
