i have a couple of b-17's

one was free (i think) and the other came from the mesh factory....

http://www.meshfactory.com/catalog/p...roducts_id=528

what level of detail are you looking for ? the mesh factory model certainly was decent (though never used in action). i bought access to the entire collection which is a good deal.

can i ask what the model is for ? museum ? just curious.....

edit: mesh factory subscription is now $200 (good deal)

the b-29 was the bomber of choice in the pacific - never used in europe (to my knowledge)

the halifax was a tremendous bomber, but british

b-52 is cold war era, not WW2
