Default Vray Flicker problem

We have models moving in an interior scene.
We are using vray 1.5 with max 2008 and we are getting a few Flickers.
What are the optimum settings to avoid flicker without slaughtering us when it comes to render the 3000 frames.
Hopefully someone somewhere will have found these Holy Grail of settings and might post them here. Any ideas would be great.

What do you use ? IR + BF of IR + LC ?

in general the only way to avoid flickering is to render the IR and LC to file. For example every 10th frame. And then load it.

I use IR + LC.
baking the lights prevent flickers in the case only the camera is animated but in my particular scene I have people walking around it so I can not use this.

would you have any other suggestions?

Ah yes!
OK, render separatelly the pedestrian walkway and the ppl on a separate pass. Use Animation prepass. Vray 1.5 SP1 or SP2

I am using Vray SP1.
i have tried to use the animation prepass but i still got some flickers especially in the areas where polygons were very close to each other (the collars of some people).
could that be sorted by adjusting the distance threshold of the irradiance map?

thanks for your help so far
