Default color bleeding

hi to all friend,

"How can i stop color bleeding"

i have problem with this tutorial, ( by Martijn Dekker)

in this tutorial, three techniques describes about color bleeding
but i am unable to understand Method 1.

to stop color bleeding between red floor and white walls,he used saturation setting but when i did it on my pc, it is not working working.when i change saturation value in GI,there is no effect on output.all setting is default on my pc.

please help me.

look at the http://www.spot3d.com/vray/help/150S...verridemtl.htm vray Override material. you can supply it with the material to use at rendertime (the normal red one) and a lower saturation material to use when calculating GI.

also you get better color bouncing when using some of the linear workflow stuff, but thats much too complex to explain, so i find it better to just suggest the override (Even to my other internal artists. heh.)

Work in a proper linear workflow and you will get a lot less color bleeding
