Default max 2009 plugin question about cameras

And it is the dumbest question ever. How do you create a Maxwell camera in max 2009? I can't see any in the Create Camera rollout. I can't find any Maxwell modifier for standard cameras or anything in the Utilities rollout. What am I missing? Don't say, "Brains."

max 9.

I think they just did away with the special camera and tacked on the Maxwell Parameters rollout to the end of the standard cameras.

I had one of those moments just two days ago in PFlow. "What?! How long has this been here? It's exactly what I need! How cool!"
