Default Animation whith moving objects

Hi,
that is the first time i have to make an animation whith moving objects.
To avoid flickering on fly through animations, i used to use the method consisting of calculating and saving light cahche then irradiance map for the whole animation, and then render it from the calculated LC and IR.

Now i have no idea about how to avoid flickering in real animations, i mean whith moving objects.
Would anyone have a link, or could explain me the main ideas behind this ?

Thank you very much.

i tried that tutorial so many times and i always keep stumbling and end up using irrmap + brute force for every frame and then composite the moving object in the scene...works good for me

Thanks Guys

I'll look through each of the methods you mentionned to see what fits the most whith my needs.
i also posted on another forum and received this answer.

"
One way to do it would be to use the "Animation (prepass)" and "Animation (rendering)" modes of the irradiance map; there is some more info on this in the V-Ray help index here:
