I'm an Architect, newbie to the CG world and to this forum also, and I have a suggestion to make about this section where you publish your work.
I think you should always mention the software you used for each image, because it would be a great way of comparing results in different software. Thank you to all Regards |

Pedro - welcome! Very good suggestion.
I always include the software, version, and render when I post a problem - it's just common sense to me. Some people forget or don't think it's important. |

Sandman Ninja, thank you.
By the way, I know I should open a new post just for this (and I will do it ASAP), but just for starters, what do you think is a good software for making architectural 3D presentations? I wanted one with good tutorials for a fast learning curve. I tried Maya, and I'm sure thatīs a great piece of powerful software, but I can't find any tutorials for it oriented for an architectural use. (note: I always use ACAD for 2D) Regards |

Looking pretty good, Edwin. I like the the last shot best. Nice glow on lamps, beds look pretty good, plants are sweet! (Make 'em yourself or are they store boughten?) Also helps that the interior designer went with an attractive scheme. The dining room is fine. Glass is a little distracting, may want to just hide that. Lighting is over the shoulder, flattening things a little bit. Also, tough choice by the interior designers on the materials. The wood looks cheap (well modelled, but wood mats could be richer.) The hall pic is... well, it's a decent hall.
