Hiya,
Can anyone ever remember seeing a tutorial on light beams coming through an atrium, it goes on showing how to make dust in the air and stuff.

I don't know the specific tutorial you're referring to but isn't this just a simple volumetric light with a texture applied?
Depending on what software you're using, there's tutorials all over the internet on volumetrics. |
