No the CGA forums are not set up for NNTP like you may have been using with Autodesk or Discreet forum. This is not a feature that is available at this time in the current release of vBulletin nor do I know if it will ever be in the future. I can however turn on an RSS newsfeed that you can input into an RSS newsreader, but this only allows you to see links to the latest posts.
