....rendering software...??

im a student and for 5 years now i ve been using autocad for my drawings and 3d modeling.
i dont use max or viz, so my options on rendering software(standalone), are kinda limited....i guess. can anybody advise me what i could use for renderings only?? i use curently accurender and just started learning lightscape.

You really need to make the jump over to either Max or Viz. AutoCAD can still be used with both of these programs, and they actually have replaced Lightscape with the newest versions of both Viz and Max. :winkgrin:

i heard some peops were using art'lantis to render acad files...
