antialiasing filter

there r so many antialiasing filters like Area, Soft, video, cubic, quadratic..etc etc ,,, which one is best ?..mostly i render with the default Area....is there any one else better than Area antialiasing filter...for better sharp render....

for sharper rendering i use catmulrom. quizzy did a post on all the filters somewhere.
