I need help to buy vray

Hello to everyone

I'm interested to buy the vray renderer, i saw in the oficial page a discount of 20% until august 31, i tried to contact a vray representative, but i doesnt have an answer, afew days later i tried again, but no one respond. i only have one e-mail "vray@chaosgroup.com", i'm really interested to buy it before the end of the promotion, because the dollar in my country its to high.
Someone know any other method to contac this people, or anybody can tell me what i'm doing wrong.

I really apreciate the help.

The guys at V-ray may do good software but they are crap at communicating. I had a similar experience but after a few attempts did eventually receive a reply. Just keep sending e-mails.

My guess would be that they have been busy with Siggraph this past week and you will probably have more luck the week after next. Try posting your request on the Vray forums, that may prove to be quicker.

Talk to these guys, they were prompt and quick
