I want to repeat a simple movement end-to-end over the course of a longer animation in 3ds max 6.0. The reference files point to looping an event in video post, though from a cursory glance this appears to be primarily for render effects. This seems a simple enough task- has anyone any suggestions...?

Do you want to loop a render or do you want to loop an object's animation?
To loop a render you can use Video Post or any other video editing package. To loop an object's animation, go to Dope Sheet and choose "Parameter Out of Range" - this allows you to specify looping for the tracks selected. Alexander |

I just decided to post my picture instead of the Google Rover. You know how it is, I'm single and good advertising helps
