Has anyone tried Scott Onstott's "Learning Autodesk VIZ 4" cd's? Good? Bad?

Ive gone through 75% of them, Money well spent. Ive used Viz/Max for 7 years, basicly self taught, I wish I had these back then. Since I rarlely opened the book unless I got stuck, I found myself learning something new at the fundemental level. He explains concepts well. Its a good solid foundation. I must undo my bad habits now....
