Default Open Max6 in Viz4?

Hi,

I have one question: Is it possible to open a Max6 File in Viz4 or can I import a max6 File into Viz4.?

I couldnt find any information about this. maybe i just used the wrong words.

you cant. the only thing you can do is export your max 6 model as a .3DS file and import it into viz 4 thataway.

it's a crappy situation in max for down sizing really. in c4d for example you can at least open higher models in lower releases, even if all the features dont work. better than nothing it is.

actually theres a script which lets u save stuff and open it in max 5 and even max 4 ....i guess that can help
it is called BACK FROM FIVE script..... if you want i will search and get you the link

if we can't open in VIZ is there a camera correction and windows and doors elements in MAX5 ?

you need design extension for max 5 to get those elements
