From the first WIP I was reminded of another image. I collect antique architectural photographs, and there is one of the tomb of Seti I (from about 1885) that is a favorite of mine. This piece has whats great about that photo. The reversed light is used to great effect to show the overarching elements of the design.

There are curves going in several planes here. You feel you are always moving, and we see a figure walking away. The use of the spikes for the plants is fun, too.

Two problems: Where'ld that great, strong blue sky go? I want it back. And the framing left, top and bottom is just right. But the right--either show the shape completing or leave it to the imagination. But you've ALMOST completed it, creating a 'pinch-point'. Either crop a little in or allow a bit more on the right.

Tim’s image is competent but lacks creativity. Perhaps bringing in a “point of view” whether the subject is a kid or Godzilla can spark the perspective.

I like how simple and elegant the forms are. The lighting is well done, and I’m glad to see that shadows have taken on some bluish hues instead of cg gray. It makes the image. The use of reflective and non-reflective surfaces on the ground is also a nice touch. It enhances the rhythm of the scene.

Really like this one. The motion given by reflective/non reflective surfaces on the floor is great. The image is bright but not overburn - good.

One thing I don't like is framing (crop). We have saying "not cat neither dog" - it means almost exactly what Ernest said.

Pretty successful image. Not really pushing anything. Very repetitive space. I would've liked to see the column on the right meet the ground instead of slipping out of the frame on the right. The image would be better anchored.
