Thanks Maya ! I used the grow Ivy plugin from guruware, wich is very good but produces quit heavy meshes when you want some density. When I was happy with the result I made a VRay mesh to work with a lighter scene. It's also a bit time consuming on the rendering process but considering the amount of detail it brings to an image, I guess it's fair. Thanks Daniel !

Very nice. The atmosphere and color tell a great story. May I ask hour you achieved the vines growing on the building? Were those photo textures added post-render? I have a similar need for my current project. Thanks!
