Never hurts to try, just don't go all out with adding more to fill in the emptiness. Overall though, the render is still very nice. John
Thanks for the comments! I agree with you about the emptiness and had considered it myself, but I was concerned with it being too cluttered. I'll try it out and see how it looks.
Very impressive first attempt at the combo of using these! My only crit would be how empty it looks inside, almost like they recently moved in. Maybe adding toaster and/or something else onto the counters would help near the stove. John
I appreciate the comments! I guess my approach to viz has always been to create the image as if you're standing in the scene and not taking a picture of it. If you're taking a picture, you're absolutely right about the exposure, but if you're standing in the scene, I think I'm close.
I like the image. An excellent render considering it's your first attempt using this software combo. My only crit would be the unnatural exposure. Your camera is exposed for the interior, yet, your exterior back plate is also perfectly exposed. It will look more realistic if you blow out the levels to your back plate and possibly add a bit of bloom.
Thanks for the comments! Curtains could work. I'll try it out and re-post. How would you change the exterior image? I'm using the same image for the lighting and background. Also, I'm considering another image with a different time of day that would include direct sunlight, but I can't seem to get it to work. Any idea on how I can do this using the software mentioned above?
I think you have a nice image, the natural lighting coming through the window is nice, no direct sunlight. Though I do have a couple of points, i am not sure if the exterior fits in too well, maybe increase reflections on the glass and i think the image outside might need moving or rotating. Also how about dressing the windows with some curtains or blinds? Just my opinion. Generally nice image, well done.
