Excellent rendering but the modeling could have been a little more genuine. For example, the battens seem too narrow. 1x2 or 1x3 would be more likely. There would be corner boards. I am not sure the light fixtures are entirely believable at that scale. Also they are mounted too low on the end wall. It would be great if the stone work at the corner could have been modeled. The gutters might be just a tad too big. Also,they might have been lowered so as to let the snow and ice slide off the roof rather than trap it. Probably not modeled by a builder. Excellent rendering!
