Thank you! @Macker: Yes you are right, i did a clay render with fog to get the Vray Atmosphere passes from Render element. Its save me lots time for rendering. Then i screen/add the fog layer with raw render.

@: Thank you, the fog was render on another layer to be comp in in post. The fog setting is simple, attached some screen capture. @: Thanks, they are not true.
