Claremont McKenna College has broken ground on the Robert Day Sciences Center, which will house the College’s integrated sciences program. The building designed by BIG - Bjarke Ingels Group has an open, Jenga-like structure, encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration between formerly separated fields of studies, such as computer science, natural sciences and liberal arts.
Our images show how the center provides an inclusive place for scientific discovery in a variety of light-filled spaces that have a natural touch.
