This architectural visualization showcases a modern mid-rise residential building in an urban environment.
The client wanted to highlight the right side facade in the renderings, which incorporates a white perforated block wall. This feature not only adds significant visual interest, creating a play of light and shadow, but also suggests a potential function for privacy or solar control for the adjacent balconies.
The intention of the images was to visualize the building within its urban context, also using soft overcast lightning to show the concrete textures and the white lattice.
The base model of the building was originally made in Sketchup Pro and refined in 3dsMax, later to be rendered in Corona.
