It is a good start, but I think if it is going to be a dusk scene I might think about changing out the background sky. The clouds look out of scale for the image, also the direction of your sun is indicating that it is fairly high for a dusk shot. I think you have a nice camera point but my concern would be that the building name isn't shown up as well. But maybe you client isn't concerned with that. Again, good start!
