The OIEC Administrative Complex is a multi-functional high-rise located in Kamraniyeh, Tehran, designed for the OIEC company and its subsidiaries. It features 12 stories above ground, 10 underground levels, office spaces, a 500-person amphitheater, temporary business center residences, and a museum. The design concept emphasizes a contrast between the solid outer shell and a dynamic interior core.
