Senior Artist - Remote

We are seeking a talented and experienced CG Artist capable of high-end project execution alongside outstanding quality of service and project management. With a solid design sensibility and aesthetic awareness, applicants will be able to demonstrate flare and attention to detail.

Being a predominantly virtual company, the position is remote with the opportunity to work from our UK studio if preferable.

You will be required to be an ambassador in the following;
To uphold and reinforce company brand values and ethos
To lead by example by promoting high quality and craftsmanship
To work independently and troubleshoot problems without requiring constant supervision.
To demonstrate full project responsibility, ensuring clients’ needs and deadlines are met
To liaise and look after clients in a mature, professional manner
To responsibly manage artists, clients and time scales on team projects
To offer support and positive critique to fellow artists in assisting pursuit of quality
To continually push quality and technical ability
To demonstrate excellent communication skills including tact and diplomacy
To interpret and manage brief established by creative director, project manager or lead artist

Demonstrate the following technical process;
High 3DSMax modelling & texturing ability
Excellent understanding of Corona Render & VRay. Chaos Vantage is also favourable.
Excellent understanding & execution of lighting and rendering
Excellent understanding & execution of post production
Excellent understanding of real world photography and photographic techniques
Excellent demonstration of art direction and artwork/ animation creation
Exquisite craftsmanship and attention to detail

Requirements:
5+ years’ experience working within a CGI/animation production team
Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary environment
Intermediate level English or above is essential
Submission of portfolio showcasing quality of your previously created visuals/animations

Desirable:
Architecture / Design Background
Experience with 3D Animation Production
Ambitious individual with a desire to excel
Showcase of artistic flair and technical ability
Self-driven to meet deadlines, with a clear focus on image quality
Creative thinker
