Are you a driven and hardworking industry authority looking to join a fast-paced organization? The Industry team seeks a Senior Developer Relations Manager (DevRel) to handle strategic ISV (Independent Software Vendor) partnerships in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operation (AECO) vertical market! Successful candidates will be able to move and quickly adapt to changing needs, lead partnerships, engage at all executive levels both inside NVIDIA and with ISVs, align strategies and technologies between companies and prioritize and drive key technology adoption by partners.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Understand and articulate ISV partner business and GTM strategies.
  • Encourage the adoption of NVIDIA technologies that empower our ISVs to be more successful.
  • Document and communicate partner business results and their impact on NVIDIA.
  • As the central point of contact for all things related to AECO partners, you will work with NVIDIA's internal teams to lead engagement, resolve obstacles, and solve problems.
  • Become a trusted advisor and introduce NVIDIA management to appropriate ISV counterparts at multiple levels.
  • Facilitate executive alignment meetings to ensure top-down commitment from ISV partners and NVIDIA.
  • Collaborate with ISVs, OEM partners and Industry Marketing in joint-marketing initiatives, including events, campaigns and online promotional activities.
  • Build GTM positioning for NVIDIA's Worldwide Field Organization (WFFO). By working with ISV partner marketing management you will help grow revenue for the NVIDIA channel, OEMs and business driven by partner applications.
  • Work with WWFO sales and solution architects to understand end-user requirements related to partner applications and communicate internally to appropriate Business Unit product management.
  • Develop an effective cross-company executive relationship guiding strategic alignment across business units and developing strategic alignment reviews with ISVs.
  • Perform competitive analysis and collect business metrics for ISV partners.

What we need to see:
  • 8+ overall years of business development and strategic alliance experience with software and hardware products.
  • 5+ years of working experience with a software company serving the AECO or related design and simulation market. Experience with industry applications is a plus.
  • 3+ years of Management and leadership experience
  • Strong relationship, analytical, marketing, and project management skills.
  • MS/BS in an engineering field or equivalent education or experience. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and liaison skills are essential since the candidate must work across all major internal functional areas (engineering, sales, and marketing) and with external partners, customers, and content developers. Must be confident communicating with C-level, individual contributor engineers and marketers.
