Our ideal candidate will possess over 3 years in a similar role - coming from an architectural or construction background and having the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design documents, preferably in Revit.
They will liaise with Project Architects to deliver creative, innovative and imaginative presentation material and also with the BIM Manager as part of our expanding technical team assisting with software assessment, deployment and contract & licence management.
Indeed, it is our vision the ideal candidate will prepare exceptional quality exterior/interior renders and walkthroughs (animation). Of course, we expect the successful candidate to have a very strong attention to detail and an eye for colour, lighting and composition.
Aside from possessing a high-level of technical talent, they will also be comfortable in client-facing situations and have excellent presentation skills coupled with first-rate written and verbal communication abilities.
This will suit a subject matter expert who is motivated to make this role their own by taking ownership, being pro-active and significantly contributing collaboratively to the team effort. Experience of working to deadlines, a sense of urgency, organisation and time management is necessary to succeed.
We will invest in suitable software to produce quality images and are happy to be guided by the successful candidate in selecting those programs.

Team2 is an architectural practice based in St Leonards, Sydney. (Preferably this role will be based in Sydney however could be in our Melbourne office in South Yarra.)
The practice has grown considerably over recent years and previously, we have outsourced CGI 3D images and walkthroughs from external agencies. However, as the requirement from our clients has increased, we are bringing this function in-house and we are looking for an experienced 3D Visualiser to join our team to produce large-scale, architectural visualisation projects.
Qualifications
Experience with Autodesk Revit.
Architecture and/or construction industry experience.

Benefits
$80,000 annual salary plus superannuation.
