Are you an enthusiastic 3D visualiser looking to explore your Archviz career further? Do you love to create quality 3D Renders using a variety of software’s? Whether your background is in architecture, interior architecture, or a full-time visualiser we would love to hear from you.

This position requires a natural creative who is genuinely interested in the property industry and always striving to learn more to create the best CGI renders possible. This person would pay close attention to detail and only present work they are proud of. 

You would love to work in a small collaborative team in varied fast-paced projects and would focus on creating photorealistic exterior CGIs and animations using real time rendering software. These could vary between individual houses, small/large developments to commercial properties.

DCTR (pronounced Doctor) is an award-winning property marketing agency. Our Studio is situated in Camberley, Surrey and is our central creative hub. Our tight-knit team serves some of the leading names in the property industry and specialises in visualisation and design for Estate Agents, House Builders and Housing Associations.

We are a family business, friendly and supportive looking for a 3D Visualiser with impressive skills in 3D software (particularly 3DSmax & V-Ray, D5 or Unreal) as well as notable post rendering skills in Photoshop. Ideally, we are looking for an individual that has had 2+ years’ experience within the Arch viz industry, understanding accurate architectural modelling and could confidently model & render based on 2D Floorplans and elevation drawings. If you have less experience than this but a great portfolio we would encourage you to still apply!

Qualifications

Time management and multitasking abilities are paramount!

2/3+ years’ experience as an 3D visualiser/3D designer. 

Essential to know 3DSMAX & V-ray as well as having epic Photoshop skills. 

An understanding of D5/Lumion or Unreal engine to create animations (videos) would be beneficial.

Knowledge of Forest pack and Railclone extensions would be beneficial, but not mandatory

A very keen eye for detail and strives for perfection

Creative skills and problem-solving aptitude – self learning skills to constantly keep up to date with new rendering updates is strongly encouraged.

BA/Bsc in Design or a related field would be great but not mandatory

This role is studio based. Whilst we’re open to flexible home working, we would hope you work with us in the studio for at least 3 to 4 days a week. It is essential to live in a commutable distance to Camberley, Surrey.

Our studio is open Monday to Friday but our photo editing platform is open on a Saturday. The role is Monday to Friday, but we would ideally need cover for 1 in 10 Saturdays to monitor photo edits. This is not a full day of work and you are not expected to do 3D modelling on this day. It is needed to help answer customer queries etc (which is rare).
