Unreal Artist (Architectural Visualization)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to create high-quality real-time architectural visualizations using Unreal Engine.
- Develop and optimize 3D models, textures, materials, and lighting to achieve realistic and aesthetically pleasing results.
- Create and implement interactive features and walkthroughs for clients and stakeholders to explore and experience the spaces in real-time.
- Collaborate with the team to integrate the visualizations into VR/AR applications and other presentation platforms.
- Continuously research and explore new techniques, tools, and best practices to improve the quality and efficiency of our work.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating the progress and vision of the visualizations.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality.

We are currently looking for an experienced Unreal Artist with a background in architectural visualization to join our team and contribute to our exciting projects.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as an Unreal Artist, with a strong focus on architectural visualization.
- Advanced knowledge of Unreal Engine, including Blueprints, materials, lighting, and optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and texturing software, such as 3ds Max, Maya, or Blender.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and plans.
- Excellent artistic and visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for composition, color, and lighting.
- Experience with VR/AR applications and platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
