Company

Somewhere | From Uniform is a creative agency for property and place, working with world leading architects and progressive property developers to communicate their vision. Our clients include BIG, Foster + Partners, SOM, Canary Wharf Group and Chaos Group.

Our culture isn’t what we say, it's what we do. It’s something we’ve lived since we set up shop in 1998. Whether it’s supporting each other on projects, celebrating our 20th anniversary in Milan with the entire team, or pushing colleagues to continuously evolve as individual; our commitment to, and connection with each other is critical.

We’ve created an environment where everyone can feel at home, can grow and can do the best work of their lives. Our diversity is already rich - one fifth of our team is from outside the UK - but we are committed to developing all aspects of diversity and inclusivity in our business, and we encourage applications at all levels from all backgrounds. We don’t just look for cultural fit, we want culture add, where people bring something new and special to the team.

We’re committed to pushing the boundaries of creativity, strategy and technology in the work we do. We believe in progressive partnerships with clients, and we both support and challenge each other as colleagues.

Our ambition is for our people to lead happy, healthy and successful lives, so we invest in your ongoing personal growth and development. We offer an industry-leading benefits package and support for personal and professional development, including ‘Play’, our programme for ongoing creative exploration. Every member of the team has allocated time to devote to their personal development, whether that's experimenting with new software,  practicing artistic techniques, or working on self initiated projects.

Many of our people have been with us for 5, 10, 15 and even 20 years - a number of our most senior people who are now involved in driving the business forward, joined us as juniors or interns. It’s testament to the environment and opportunities we’ve created that people continue to grow and evolve at Uniform Group.

We operate a hybrid working model with a number of people in the team choosing to work entirely remotely, both in the UK and abroad. We work flexibly to ensure everyone has the right work-life balance, and we understand the power of connection so we try to get everyone together in person regularly for major social and company events.

We have a transparent approach to business where everyone plays their part in our journey and shares in our success, including a performance bonus scheme.
