Chan Town Showroom is located within the Qianxin Scenic Area of Longnan County, Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province, which is situated at the Qianshan Mountain, a stretch of the northeastern foothills of the Jiu-lian Mountain National Nature Reserve with an average altitude of 600 meters. The half-moon shaped site is halfway on a mountainside, vaguely visible even before arrival while circling up the mountain road. The north side of the site is wide open with unblocked views towards ridges from nearby and afar. The south side bounds the site against the mountain in the back yet divided by a curved footpath spiraling up in the south. The most significant physical condition of the site, on a separate note, is the 8-meter height difference from the east to the west.

About

Hello, I'm Felipe!

I am a creative and open-minded 3D/Archviz artist located in Florianópolis - Brazil. I have more than three years of experience working in the marketing of archviz, but I'm involved in this world of 3d since I was 11. It has always been a passion for me.

My main skills are setting up Materials, Lighting, and Camera. But I can act as well in any part of the conception of a 3d image from start to finish, so I consider myself a generalist.

I have experience with both large and small projects, besides interior and exterior scenes. Im very good at reading and understanding mood boards and references, but I can be creative and subversive if asked to be. It all depends on the objective of the project, always.

In my career as an archviz artist, I have worked with a lot of studios here in Brazil, making images for the largest real-state companies with the highest and finest buildings in brazil, those placed mostly in the cities of Balneário Camburiú/Sc and Itapema/SC. I also worked for Evolution Virtual, a New York-based archviz studio, on a project called Vysta.

At the moment, I'm studying Buildings at the Federal Institute of Santa Catarina, so I'm available for freelance and remote work.

Thank you, hope you like my work
