About Josh Cochran

Has extensive expertise in 3D visualization and animation as well as considerable experience in motion graphics, branding, and graphic design. Is passionate and creative and thrives on solving unique challenges. After earning a degree in animation and design, I spent 12 years working for 3D visualization firms specialized in real estate development where I gained knowledge of architecture, planning, landscape architecture, and business. In 2017 I created my company Pro 3d Rendering and have since built a considerable client list. Highly efficient workflow in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and After Effects. Beyond real estate development, I have recently delivered ads with 3D character animation and After Effects puppet animation. I have also created renderings for many golf courses that include fine grading detail and have expertise in terrain, topography, and landscape architecture. Another recent project is partnership of a startup clothing company with my role being the design and branding and our belts are currently being manufactured and placed to sell in 50 stores. I live in northern Colorado, United States and enjoy snowboarding in the winter and hiking and music festivals with my family in the summer.
