One weekend morning of spring 2040, when those first rays of dawn were not much higher than the horizon, sitting by the window and sipping the first cup of coffee, you don’t hesitate, about your schedule today because, like all New Yorkers already knew, today is the day that the ARM welcomes its first explorers to set foot on the new horizon hovering above Hudson Yards.

But before you get into that bustling atmosphere, you might want to give yourself a few minutes looking towards the new structure, the moment you know that structure will forever be part of the city, touching the spirit and culture of so many people who come, stay and leave this place.
