New York City’s Billionaire’s Row will be enriched by a 28-story residential tower at 126 East 57th Street, designed by ODA and developed by owner MRR 1326 LLC. Almost all apartments come with private outdoor terraces that lend the building a playful, pixelated look. The designers also created a network of communal areas, entertainment and sport facilities that enhance the resident experience.
