CORNER HOUSE
The scheme was designed by DSDHA architects who worked closely with Derwent to create a sophisticated design statement that enhanced Charlotte Street and Tottenham Street corner.
The two tone grey brick facades articulated with generously proportioned windows bathe each apartment with natural daylight. That gave the interior images their warmth and uplifting quality, capturing the spirit of home.
Working closely with Derwent London, we curated an interior style that would showcase the size and scale of the apartments and how they could look when fully furnished.
As the building starts to rise, the rear facades step back to reveal a series of roof terraces with two unexpected “jewel like” pavilion structures that sit on top of the upper two floors. These provide a spectacular duplex apartment that inserts a contemporary and bold twist to this elegant building.
