House ONE 140 is a classic one-storey half-timbered house for those who are tired of low ceilings of apartments and value the safety of their children and parents. The external dimensions of the house are 10.36 and 14.33 meters, and its area is 140 m², so it is ideal for a large family of up to 5 people.
Although this is a one-story dwelling, it is fundamentally different from the usual one-story houses: it has no attic and a flat ceiling overhead, so the ceiling height is impressive - at the highest point it is almost 5 meters.
There are no stairs in this house, so there is no need to think about safety additionally - no one will fall or slip. In addition, you will not be disturbed by extraneous noise and stomping above.
