wow. we live here in Bangladesh. so we are not familiar with such stuff. If put air cooler some times into house but not a fireplace. lol. BTW, rendering was great.

The carpet needs a bit of work to stop it tiling as well as the cupboards at the back.
Finally I think the fireplace could be a little darker to hide the brickwork that sits behind the candles.
I think the carpet has a good stile with nice tiling. without tiling it may bring a new feel but currently its looking great to me.
Also I dont think its a fire place. well, its not looking like a fire place.

You work is incredible. I love the "No Signal" on the TV for that added touch. The only critique I have is the reflection on the left upper cabinets is distracting. I realize it's the actual reflection, but still...
Thank Julius for your comments. The carpet is tiles, but the client wanted so. Warm lights don't suits here because wall and ceiling must look white...Propably your monitor isn't calibrated because contast is ok.

it's just the carpet are obviously tiled,
i suggest, it would be better if you put more warm lights on your scene, coz at the moment it's too white
you should put more contrast, specially on the walls and the ceiling, i don't see any difference at all,
maybe adding more shadows would help a lot..
chandeliers are too small? turn it on, to give more effects on your scene..
Hi Thanasis. I havent been in the forum that often lately and i must say that every time i see your work i am more impressed. Excellent. I really like the wrinkles the no signal sign and the cupboard texture keep up the top notch work.

Yes it is good for architectural design but needs a lot of practice on your ownm in order to find your style.
Here in Greece the 3ds max is a lot much expensive than in America (3750€ plus tax)...
Is this software good to be used for residential design?.. I'm a general contractor in Ventura California, and I want to buy me a software that does 3d elevations and interiors like what you had done with this example, but I do n ot know where to start looking or WHAT to buy, I have Softplan 12.0 and autocad 2001 but none of these really does a clean crystal clear work.
Can you tell me where or how much did you pay for your software?
