The image is nice, good rendering, now yes the guy on the cell phone does not help the image at all, good choice to deliver without him, I think the problem is composition, if you wan a person on the rendering you should try to use to give scale to your image, in this case this person is making the house look smaller it feel like the camera is to high, if you remove that person it will fell more balanced. You should put a person on the right side, walking in to the house, not that close of the camera or take out that table with chairs and put a child playing with the dog, that will create a better ambiance, and try to avoid put the horizon in the middle of your image.
