Sure, the building was proposed for a mixed-used usage, it composed of commercial spaces, offices and apartments. The site was located along King Fahad Road in Riyadh from were you can find the famous Kingdom Tower and Faisalya towers. About the structure, we proposed it as one of the first green building in the area by using almost 60% of sufficient and dependent natural power generated by using photo-voltaic cells located on the fascade according to the sun orientation. As for the structural design, I really appreciate the help of our talented engineers to make it possible to built. My role on this project was the architectural designer and 3d presentation leader who make this project a success.Thank you. Hope this might help you.
