Now that you have said it, the building does need to stand ouut from the background

Its a lot like the one I just posted. I wish I could give you something but yours might be a bit better so I dont know what crits to give you. Did you by chance crispen up the image with a hard light then use a softlight to blur a high contrast layer in? That might do something if you feel it is a bit soft compared to the background.
