TECHNOLOGY DEMONSTRATIONS

Brazil r/s Version 1.2

SplutterFish will demonstrate Brazil r/s v.1.2, the latest major point release of its award-winning rendering software. Brazil r/s v.1.2 offers users exciting new features that include distributed rendering, IES lights (a significant lighting format used predominantly by architectural visualization professionals to ensure physical lighting accuracy), advanced shadow plug-ins, skin shader and improvements to the Brazil Toon shader.

The Brazil r/s toolkit features a familiar, easy-to-use interface that integrates seamlessly into existing production environments to provide artists a natural workflow, unprecedented control and flexibility, and minimal learning curve. Its modern and extensible rendering architecture is powerful enough for use in heavy production environments to produce the highest levels of photo-realism, stylized animation, and cartoon style NPR renderings.
