3D City Models Available For Licensing

GTA's 3D library offers more than 200 city models with over 7.000 km² at very competitive conditions
Digital 3D city models are needed in many applications ranging from urban and  environmental planning to  telecommunications, noise control, solar potential assessment,  navigation, serious gaming and many more.
Architects, GIS professionals, homeland security and many more can ease their work through the use of urban 3D models.

LOD 2 (Level of Detail 2: including roof forms) offers many more additional possibilities in GIS analysis and visualization than the usual standard LOD 1 ("shoe boxes" without roof forms) building models. However, 3D city models with detailed roof forms used to involve a high amount of manual labor during production and thus were relatively expensive.

To overcome this obstacle, GTA has undertaken to make 3D city models both affordable and available for everyone.

Using GTA's own tridicon® software for the automatic generation of LOD 2 models, GTA built up  a 3D library of more than 200 cities within two years.

With its 3D library, GTA provides a coverage of European and North American capitals and major cities with more than 7.000 km² of 3D city maps and more than 6 million buildings.

GTA is offering these 3D city models off-the-shelf at unbeatable conditions with prices starting from 50 EUR per km². The data are also perfectly suited for producing physical models with modern 3D printing technologies or milling  machines.

GTA 3D city models will be delivered in all common data formats e.g. CityGML, 3D Shape, 3D Mulitipatch, VRML, OBJ, 3DS, DXF. Photorealistic or map textures are available on request.
